An international family of Chinese heritage, based in Monaco, is seeking exceptional and highly experienced Maternity Nurses or Baby Nannies to support the arrival of their three babies via surrogacy.
This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join a fully staffed household at a very special and important time, with the potential for a long-term, permanent position.
Role Overview
The successful candidates will provide round-the-clock newborn care and support on a 2-week on / 2 week-off rota, working as part of a team of professionals to ensure the highest standard of care for the children.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert newborn care for multiple infants (experience with twins/triplets or multiples is essential)
- Support feeding routines (breastmilk/formula), sterilisation, and sleep training
- Maintain detailed logs of feeding, sleeping, and development
- Work collaboratively within a professional nanny/maternity nurse team
- Offer guidance and reassurance to the parents during the early stages
- Ensure a calm, structured, and nurturing environment
- Travel internationally with the family when required
Candidate Requirements
- Extensive experience as a Maternity Nurse or Baby Nanny, ideally with multiples
- Proven track record working in fully staffed households or team-based environments
- Flexible, discreet, and highly professional at all times
- Willing and able to travel internationally at short notice
- Excellent communication skills (English essential; additional languages beneficial)
- Relevant childcare qualifications preferred
- EU passport or appropriate visa for Monaco/France highly advantageous
