A warm and welcoming family based in Monaco is seeking an experienced, professional Russian-speaking Housekeeper to join their fully staffed household on a long-term basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the home to an exceptionally high standard, working alongside the family’s existing household staff to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the residence.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily housekeeping duties, including cleaning, dusting, vacuuming and mopping.
- Maintain all living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms and communal spaces to an immaculate standard.
- Change bed linen and towels and ensure bedrooms are beautifully presented.
- Family style cooking, planning healthy and nutritious meals
- Laundry and ironing, including the care of delicate fabrics and luxury garments.
- Organise wardrobes, cupboards and household storage areas.
- Monitor household supplies and notify the family when replenishment is required.
- Assist with unpacking, organising and preparing the home before and after travel.
- Ensure the kitchen and household areas remain clean, tidy and organised throughout the day.
- Work collaboratively with the family’s nannies and other household staff to maintain a well-run home.
- Respect the family’s routines, privacy and confidentiality at all times.
Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience working as a private housekeeper in a private household.
- Excellent references from previous employers.
- A good working knowledge of Russian or English would be advantageous.
- High attention to detail with exceptional cleaning and organisational skills.
- Experience caring for luxury furnishings, fine fabrics and high-end household finishes.
- A professional, discreet and trustworthy manner.
- The ability to work independently while also being an effective member of a household team.
- A proactive approach and willingness to assist wherever required.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
