Nanny (Team-Based Role) – UHNW Client

An UHNW client is seeking a highly professional, disciplined, and discreet nanny to join a fully structured 24/7 “home kindergarten” environment. This is a Rota position within a well-established team of seven nannies, led by an experienced Head Nanny, where consistency, precision, and seamless teamwork are essential.

The successful candidate will provide dedicated one-to-one care during 12-hour shifts (4 days on, 2 days off), working within a carefully designed system to ensure a calm, stable, and nurturing environment for the child. This role requires a candidate who is confident operating within clearly defined routines and able to execute them to an exceptional standard without deviation.

Duties will include delivering attentive and developmentally appropriate care, supporting early learning through structured play and language exposure (English and/or Russian), maintaining detailed digital logs, and adhering to strict handover, hygiene, and safety protocols. A calm, gentle approach is essential at all times, alongside the ability to collaborate harmoniously within a high-performing team and respect a clear chain of command.

This is a fully staffed household with high expectations around discretion, professionalism, and conduct. Candidates must be comfortable in a “zero-drama, zero-gossip” environment and demonstrate absolute respect for boundaries, including no unsolicited input on parenting practices.

The role is available immediately and involves international travel. The client is currently based in Monaco until 1 May, after which the primary residence will be in the Bahamas, with extended periods spent in France throughout the year.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in English or Russian (additional languages are advantageous), a confident swimmer, and maintain excellent personal habits (non-smoker, non-drinker). Flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive yet discreet approach are key.

The position offers a salary of €3,500 for the initial trial month, increasing to €4,500 per month upon successful completion, together with a €1,000 retrospective bonus.
